We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience that you have booked through BookMyStyles. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed or contact the salon and let them know your query and reschedule your service for correction at free of cost.
All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the BookMyStyles or BookMyStyles to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 3 days past initial service date. You need to carry the invoice for the free service for your corrections.
It is important you contact the BookMyStyles as soon as you are unhappy, so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before 24 hours, we process the refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 24-hour window you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.
This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior and if the payment has been done through online then there will cancellation fee will be collected from the customers and the remaining will be credited back to your wallet.
Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment with intimation to the experts. As well as the slot will be allotted to the next customers who has come ahead of you.
Your request will be scheduled based on Expert availability and slots free. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from BookMyStyles.
